Robyn and Sean from Klos Concepts were amazing! They handled outlet and switch installations, repaired our potlights, and even fixed a tricky chandelier in our 120-year-old house. Best decision we made. We just finished a complete kitchen renovation in our 100+ year old house and of all the trades involved Klos was the best. From start to finish the team was amazing. Excellent communications, on-time and on-budget! Helpful and informative at every step. New potlights, chandelier, under counter lighting and all the new plugs and circuits to totally modernize the electrical and improved the functionality of the space. The results were spectacular. Special thanks to Andrew, Ryan and Kristin: the inhouse team. On site electricians — Jeff and Min were amazing. They turned a spaghetti mess of wiring into a modern, and safe system.

Klos Concepts provided the electrical services for our recent renovation, from the original tear-out “make safe” work to the installation of new wiring, outlets, smart lighting, and data networking. Three different electricians in all — and they were all true professionals in both their work and their personal deportment. Everyone I dealt with at Klos has been beyond helpful, professional and accommodating. My questions were always responded to and I never felt I was overstepping the bounds by asking for more clarity/details on such things as the extent of the work being quoted or project invoicing. Finding good suppliers is important and Klos Concepts is definitely one of those reliable companies to call upon when needed. They have been a pleasure to work with at my cottage and I will certainly call upon them again for my electrical needs in the city.
