In a severe thunderstorm the clevis detached from my house and the major power line to my home was held up by a tree branch. No live wire but there could have been if a truck drove down the lane and caught the low handing wire. Klos recognised the need to get this repair done quickly. They came out within hours despite being extremely busy with calls related to the storm and made the repair. This was excellent service and excellent communication and support from Andrew — he kept me posted each step along the way. The price was reasonable, and I highly recommend them.
