Emergency hydro mast replacement due to a rather large tree taking down the wires and tearing the mast off the house. The team showed up early the next day. Worked endlessly for the whole day and harm our power restored by nightfall. Extremely polite and tidy. Would recommend them always and earnestly.

We needed a sub-panel and wiring installed for a snow melter system. Klos Concepts gave us a range of options with full pricing. They did the work efficiently, neatly and at a reasonable price. After the initial work, they were short one cover for one of the vacant spaces in the panel and without us asking, came all the way back to fix that one little thing. That attention to detail was very impressive – and rare. Highly recommended!

The electrician, Robin, was on time and did a great job of troubleshooting and repairing our issue. She even took notes in the event we needed to consider other options in the future.
