The service and support provided from beginning to end was incredible. During the recent wind storm and heat wave our hydro meter post was damaged and needed a full replacement.…… during the heatwave!! The team that arrived first thing in the morning were awesome. Klos Concepts did a good job tackling a knotty problem for us. A tree limb took down our power lines, breaking the insides of the meter base. The owner Karl Klos searched diligently for a replacement part, in order to save us some expense. This was unsuccessful because of the age of the equipment. Ultimately, a bunch of stuff had to be replaced, including a brand new meter base, but Karl worked closely with ESA to re-use as much of the existing installation as possible. They coördinated with Hydro for disconnection and reconnection of the power lines to minimize our time without power. The techs on site encountered a few issues, but solved them without a lot of drama. They were conscientious and efficient. The final installation is clean and does not affect the appearance of the house. They had gotten pre-approval from ESA for their work, and so once Hydro reconnected us, we had full power. We highly recommend Klos Concepts for electrical work.
