Excellent service, communication, and long-term thinking.

We had Kloss Concepts completely rewire our home, replacing the old knob-and-tube wiring, and couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From start to finish, they were fantastic to work with. Their communication and ability to manage the timeline were excellent, and they coördinated the sequencing of the electrical work seamlessly with our wall-patching contractor, our movers, and our move-in date. Managing a project with so many moving parts can be challenging, but they made the entire process feel organized and well coördinated.

They were also incredibly flexible, adapting to the different stages of the project, whether the house was completely empty or already full of furniture.

What really stood out to me was their long-term thinking. Rather than simply focusing on the work that needed to be done immediately, they helped us think about how our home might evolve over time and gave us the flexibility to distinguish between what was critical to do now and what could reasonably be done later.

I would highly recommend Kloss Concepts to anyone looking for an electrical contractor who combines workmanship with excellent communication and thoughtful planning. Five stars all around!

These guys were great! I worked directly with Karl on the initial scoping of the job, and he was fantastic at understanding what I wanted and has a real eye for the aesthetics of the job. The actual installation team lead by Conor were really friendly, super creative when it came to solving a few unanticipated installation issues. There were some delays in getting all the hardware delivered (not Klos’ fault at all), and Kristen and Andrew in the office did great job of just keeping me in the loop as things progressed. They would definitely be my go-to team if I need work done in the future.
