We hired Klos Concepts Ltd. to install a light in our entry hall. Normally this is a relatively simple procedure; however, our house was built in 1922, and installing the light required the removal of a cast iron bar and box that were part of the original knob & tube system. This was no easy job, and we were told that it may not be possible to complete without damage to the surrounding ceiling. From what I could hear from the comfort of a Laz-Z-Boy upstairs, removing that ancient box and part of the bar it was attached to required several cutting tools, both electric and manua,l and a lot of meticulous and, I would guess, frustrating work. When the light was installed, the ceiling was fully intact, no damage was done, and the dust and iron filings this job would create were nowhere to be seen or found. So, if you need electrical work done or your home, go with the best, the pros: hire Klos Concepts Ltd.
