We are very happy with the service we received from Klos Concepts. When we contacted them via their website form, Andrew and Kristen responded promptly and professionally. They were able to accommodate us quickly in their schedule. Their electrician Jeff arrived 10 minutes early (on a snow day, no less) for the appointment and he was excellent and knowledgeable. It has been great dealing with such a professional and friendly team that also communicates well. We will always use Klos Concepts from now on for any electrical issues and repairs.

Fredrick worked on my clients condo listing to repair and broken switch. He arrived on time and did a great job. He put a drop sheet down to make sure there was no mess and did a clean and professional job.

I needed a few things done in our loft (which already has a bit of tricky wiring) and Klos came in quickly and efficiently, diagnosed the problems, solved them all, did the work, cleaned up, and left timely. As a person with *some* trade experience myself, I can guarantee you these guys know what they’re doing. You’re in good hands!

We had a last minute need for an electrician to help solve an electrical problem for a holiday lighting activation. Someone from Klos came out immediately (within an hour) and they quickly assessed and solved the problem. It took 30 minutes and the activation that we had struggled to figure out was solved.
