The team at Klos was very efficient and professional from start to finish for the addition of an outlet in my kitchen.

We had a wired-in smoke detector go rogue and activate at all hours of the night. We contacted Klos Concepts and were so impressed by the level of service! Andrew set up an appointment, and kept us informed at every stage of the process. Tom arrived when he said he would and fixed the problem in short order. Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly, and communicated what was going on. 5 stars for sure!

During work, the team took lots of time to throughly explain how everything was being done, and gave an excellent breakdown of potential options when roadblocks occurred. Robyn and Tom of Klos Concepts came by earlier this month to try to get the new light fixture which we had installed, working. We were not sure what the problem was but they figured it out in no time. My phone contact, Andrew, was a pleasure to deal with and and the company was very good with notifying us on when to expect them. Robyn and Tom were very careful in their work, protecting our floor and the fixture as they fixed our problem. Pleasant and cheerful. Would have no hesitation in using Klos Concepts again. They were able to accommodate us quickly in their schedule. Their electrician Jeff arrived 10 minutes early (on a snow day, no less) for the appointment and he was excellent and knowledgeable.
