We hired Klos Concepts Ltd. to install a light in our entry hall. Normally this is a relatively simple procedure; however, our house was built in 1922, and installing the light required the removal of a cast iron bar and box that were part of the original knob & tube system. This was no easy job, and we were told that it may not be possible to complete without damage to the surrounding ceiling. From what I could hear from the comfort of a Laz-Z-Boy upstairs, removing that ancient box and part of the bar it was attached to required several cutting tools, both electric and manua,l and a lot of meticulous and, I would guess, frustrating work. When the light was installed, the ceiling was fully intact, no damage was done, and the dust and iron filings this job would create were nowhere to be seen or found. I had an exceptional esperience with Klos Concepts. FIrst, Karl personally came to my home to evaluate my needs and his insiights and recommendations were realy helpful. I needed a re-installation and upgrade to my EV charging port and his team handled everything in the fastest and most effective possible manner. They dealt with minor challenges in the wall placement and existing intrastructure with care and consideration and the end result is perfect. They worked with me to schedule the installation job as soon as I received the charging device from Best Buy and he whole service from top to bottom was smooth.
